Restrictions

No smoking in the building
No alcoholic beverages
No open flame heating structures
No flipping, wrestling, diving, or rough playing in the inflatables
No gum
No running
No shoes with wheels

What is the age limit for my kid to play at A Magical Place?
A Magical Place is open to all ages.  However, there are certain age restrictions on certain games/inflatables.  We have A Magical Place Zone, a separate play area for toddlers 3 years-old and younger.  Our arcade is available for all ages.

Can we walk-in and play any time?
Yes, you can walk-in and bring your kids to play at any time during public hours of operation.

As an adult, can I play in A Magical Place play areas?
For the safety of your kids, we do not allow adults to play on any of the jumps, slides, and obstacle courses. You are welcome to assist kids 4 years old and younger in the play areas, but you may not bounce.

Do you allow outside food at A Magical Place?
Yes, we do allow outside food or drinks, as long as the costumer removes all items and picks up after themselves. You can bring your food for your party, with the exception of pizza or any food that needs to be heated up.  We do have a concession area with a variety of refreshments for you and your children.

Please Note: Crock-pots or food warmers are not allowed in facility - precooked food only. Coolers are allowed.

Are there group or discount rates?
Yes, we offer group rates for sport teams, daycares, religious organizations, grad nights,  moms group play dates, camps, school groups and other large parties.  Discount will depend on number of guests, time and date.  Please contact us for more information.

Are socks needed to play at A Magical Place?
Yes, all kids are required to wear socks in the play areas. If your kids do not have socks, we have them available for purchase at our concession area.

Non-refundable retainers:  All contracts must be signed, dated, and returned with a non-refundable retainer fee of 30% to A Magical Place within 5 days of receipt to secure the date and services agreed upon in the contract.
